Electrostatic precipitation technology from Filter On
The electrostatic precipitator technology filters fumes/smoke and provides clean air. Fine sub-micron suspended particles are electrostatically charged using high-voltage power supply which then get attracted and precipitated on opposite charged electrode plates. The process ensures smoke-free, clean, healthy air.
The technology is based on the principle of two-stage electrostatic air filtration.
The Filter On technology has an excellent performance-to-cost ration. The filter elements are metallic and washable. This eliminates recurring costs of filter replacement. The filters are able to handle the smallest size of particles (0.01 micron to 10 micron.)
Localized welding booths/ stations
  • Welding in booth: Higher capacity unit with single / double semi-rigid metallic suction pipe & fixed hood would be installed side-wise.
  • One unit can gater smoke/ fumes from 2/3 welding stations.
Centralized welding line
  • For continuous line of welding operations centralized fumes extrusion from in-line locations and higher capacity single filtration blower unit
  • Desert cooling pads with water spray-cool air in summer(optional)
Portable weld smoke collector unit
  • Light-weight, portable
  • Flexible suction pipe and magnetic base suction hood. Captures smoke / fumes effectively from generation source
  • Fine sub-micron particulate is trapped in electrostatic filter and clean air released back into the working zone
Suction arms
Filter On offers supporting fume Arms to provide the most economical and effective method for capturing fumes. Air contaminants are removed at the source. Easy placement of the arm hood gets to the source of the problem with the use of its self-supporting construction, flexible hoses and smooth bore tubing.
