This is conventional roll-fed thermoforming machine use to form disposable cups for tea/coffee, yougart, shrikhand, curd, fast food containers, bowls etc. Available in 2 standard models. Average speed of production is approx. 6000 to 9000 cups/glasses per hour.

To form bigger sizes for larger items such as Front panels, back cover for washing machine, Deep drawn basins, Bath Tubs ,Cabinets A.C front panels, covers ,refrigerator lines, Brief cases, Suitcases etc. The machine facilitates sandwich heating ,Pre-blow plug assist as standard features.

Ideally useful for unit as well as bulk packaging six standard models are available with L-sealer ,web sealer and collator to suit individuals requirements. Tunnels are provided with variable speed conveyer drive thermostats for achieving excellent shrinkage.

The thermoforming machine with inline cutting facility incorporates a contact pre heater along with sandwich heating facility with ability to vacuum and pressure form ,die punch or steel rule cutting and a stack station .This machine is designed to process many major thermoplastic material like PVC ,PET, HIPS, PP etc

Plastics Articles as well as blisters can be formed at a speed of 700 strokes/hr using technique such as plug assist vacuum forming etc. Machine is compact and fully automatic roll fed, forming ,clamping, heating, loading & unloading is automized.
